"I have known Terra Gay for many years and I can say that she is one of the smartest people I have ever known.  She is very well educated and will help anyone in need of help.  She is ready, willing and able to take on any task given to her.  It is my honor to know and have worked with such a wonderful and remarkable person."

“Terra Gay is very innovative and a natural leader. Several years ago, she envisioned and brought together a group of like-minded individuals to develop and implement what became the "Be the Change Youth Summit". Due to the success of the first youth summit held in Atlanta, a few volunteers took the blueprint and replicated the summit in other cities. The "Be the Change Youth Summit Atlanta" ran for 3 years while growing in participation each year”

"Terra is an out-of-the-box thinker who challenges the status quo and encourages those around her to approach their work with a commitment to excellence. She easily applies her experience and expertise as an educator to nonprofit programmatic efforts. Her passion for making a difference and community building is matched by strong management skills including relationship management, fundraising, process development, program design, and execution. She is an inspirational leader, and I look forward to new opportunities to work with her."
